crispy fried eggrolls stuffed with Louisiana crawfish, smoked andouille, corn, and cheddar jack cheese. avocado ranch dipping sauce

3 Boudin Balls
traditional Boudin, with Cajun seasoned pork and rice, panko breaded and fried, served with sauce remoulade

Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
a rich country style gumbo made with chicken and andouille sausage

served dressed

Cheese Burger
8-ounce grilled beef tenderloin burger served dressed, topped with cheddar cheese
