Char-grilled salmon crowned with three NOLA BBQ shrimp, served on a bed of collard greens, accompanied by crispy fingerling potatoes & “Pot Licker” broth

Redfish (tail on), calamari rings & tentacles, mussels, crawfish and Andouille sausage served in a Provencal stew, accompanied by grilled baguettes

Cracklin Redfish
Cracklin crusted and seared; topped with two blackened shrimp, crabmeat and accented with lemon butter, served with dirty rice


Third Course

Graham cracker crust topped with rich chocolate mousse and crowned with toasted marshmallow. Placed atop crunch topping and accented with chocolate sauce.
