Red Gravy is a colorful and cozy café offering rustic Italian cuisine, handmade with love and dedicated to tradition. Growing up in Northern NJ just outside NYC, recipes have been handed down from grandparents, parents, aunts and cousins. Chef Roseann sources only from local farms, fishers, bakers and ranches. All pasta is handmade using imported flour and yard eggs. Red Gravy is proud to offer you a traditional, Italian experience.
