While thoughts of pasta may transport your mind straight to Italy, we’ve committed ourselves to take pasta dishes from all over the world and bringing them right to your dining room seat. When you walk into our doors you can expect a family-friendly haven for pastatarians that prides itself on sourcing local ingredients, when possible and providing high-quality service.
Founded by the infamous Taste Buds – Hans Limburg, Gary Darling, and Greg Reggio, the idea for Semolina was to take pasta and create a totally sensational taste experience. Our bold approach to cooking results in the inspired combinations of flavors, textures and colors that are found in every dish we offer. From traditional spaghetti and meatballs to our classic chicken enchilada pasta and hamburger pasta, seafood and salads, we’ve got something for everyone. Over the years, we have received national recognition from the publication Restaurants and Institutions and were named “Hot Concept” by Nation’s Restaurant News.
