Tender braised veal in a rich tomato ragù, served with pappardelle pasta and shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano

Crawfish & Tasso Tartlet
Breaux Bridge crawfish, tasso and wild mushrooms in a spicy velouté served in a pastry shell, atop baby greens tossed in sugar cane vinaigrette
